Following her mother's footsteps, Capri began to study Opera at a very young age. She sang and studied for many years in both Los Angeles and New York.
Capri then began to divide her time between "The Los Angeles Music Center Opera" under Placido Domingo and "The Tri-Cities Opera" in New York. While working with both Opera Companies Capri began to develop a solo singing, and writing career.
She spent the next phase of her career singing in major Hollywood films, and television productions. Capri has been a soloist in many feature films and Television shows such as "Batman", and "Beetlejuice". Capri also was the Opera Singer in the Steven Soderburg film "Suture", which won the Sundance Film Festival.
Capri was a member of Second City and also performed a One-Woman Show at The Zepher Theatre.
